How to Play

This game plays like most other online scratch cards: simply match three identical symbols to earn yourself a cash prize. Also, not unlike other Pragmatic Play games, rather than selecting your stake amount, tickets (scratch cards) are at a set price of just 50p. However, lucky for you, you can buy multiple games at once and here’s why…

While five or ten games will cost you £2.50 or £5, respectively, the more tickets you buy, the better the value. Purchasing 25 tickets will earn you a 5% discount (£11.87) and if you splash out for 50 games, you will be granted a 10% discount, costing just £22.50.

Before you go ahead and hit play, the only thing you need to decide is whether you want to reveal all of your values at once or one by one. It’s always nice to have the option, but we’d always be in favour of scratching them away one by one – not only does it add to the drama, but it makes it feel more like a real scratch card.

Visuals & Prizes

The slightly disappointing aspect about this game is that, despite what the title might have led you to believe, there aren’t any wildlife-based visuals. Beyond the lion who watches over the gameboard and occasionally features as a special icon (we’ll get to that shortly), instead of symbols, the scratch card simply reveals the cash amounts that you’ll hope to be matching in order to win.

Depending on your bet amount and, therefore, what prize tier you are on, you can win as little as your stake back, or anywhere between £2.50 and the jackpot of the £50,000 in the Hot Safari Scratch game. So, whilst there isn’t much to look at other than golden plains of the safari backdrop, the prizes are plentiful and, let’s not forget, this game does come with a bonus.

As mentioned before, the majestic lion does occasionally appear on the game board and if you scratch away the squares to reveal three of him, you will earn yourself a free game.
