Heavily-pregnant Van Outen seen shopping in London
Denise Van Outen has been spotted on the streets of London despite being just weeks away from giving birth to her first child.
The 35-year-old television and stage star was seen enjoying the North London sunshine this week in a floral t-shirt, jeans and sunglasses. She hooked up with husband actor Lee Mead and the two went shopping for some last-minute baby-related items at the Mama and Papas store in the centre of the city.
Van Outen is part of a long line of celebrity bingo fans revealed last year and, if she does decide to put her feet up as the due day approaches, may even consider taking part in a spot of online bingo while she can.
Lucky bingo balls?
What would form Van Outen's ideal bingo card? Well, for a start, number 9 (Doctor's orders) would prove adequate, as her doctor will be advising her to get plenty of rest.
Taking some well-needed time in bed has its perks, so perhaps husband Lee Mead will be giving her the bed and breakfast (number 26) treatment?
Once the baby has been born, Van Outen may decide to reward good behaviour by taking him or her down to the candy store (74), but she may want some quality time with Mead come Valentine's Day (14).
Maybe she'll present the key to the door (21) to her child on their 21st birthday?
And lastly, Van Outen is well-known for her perfect partnership with Johnny Vaughan on The Big Breakfast, so perhaps two little ducks (22) would also be appropriate?
