Bingo comes to the rescue
The delights of Cullompton will be familiar to many bingo-loving holidaymakers. Tucked away in the quiet Devon countryside, this beautiful town boasts a plethora of visitor attractions, from market days and Tiverton Castle to Quince Honey Farm and Becky Falls.
And like many idyllic rural backwaters the highlight of the year is the Christmas lights show, which is where bingo games come in.
Bingo has long been recognised as a focal point for many communities, so it is perhaps fitting that the popular numbers game should help this town stage a party to remember.
Bingo games to raise money for Santa
Cullompton Town Hall on the High Street will stage a night of bingo games on Friday, 4 September that is intended to raise money for fairy lights, Santa decorations and much more.
"We would like people to encourage their family and friends to go along and support the town council in its efforts to ensure Cullompton has a Christmas lights display to be proud of," said town clerk Judy Morris.
Bucky Bingo, the online division of Buckingham Bingo, is proud to be an integral part of many local communities.
Buckingham Bingo operates bingo clubs in areas stretching from Huyton in the north west and Peterlee in the north east to Corby in the East Midlands.
Thanks to the loyal support of fans, the company is now firmly established as the largest independent bingo club operator in the UK.
