Moody Moyles
Long-serving BBC DJ Chris Moyles went on a 30-minute rant in September during his breakfast show, later claiming it was because he was 'in a bad mood'. Moyles accused his bosses of not paying him for two months, in addition to a recent 20 per cent pay cut. He also complained that there was no milk in the studio.
We can't do much about the milk, but if Moyles is strapped for cash we think he'd do well to visit Bucky Bingo. Our games have huge prizes which regularly build up to more than half a million pounds, which is the DJ's estimated salary. In fact, our Irish-themed game Clover Rollover has been known to pass £3 million!
Bus Stop is no place for Bingo
Moyles is sure to like Bucky Bingo, as he claimed on air in 2010 that he had tried land-based bingo for the first time and really enjoyed it. What's more, way back in 2002 he played a game on Mark and Lard's Radio 1 show called Bus Stop Bingo.
The radio studio was located on Manchester's Oxford Road, which is Europe's busiest bus route. The DJs decided to make bingo cards and cross off numbers when they saw the corresponding bus; but unfortunately, it didn't quite work out!
It sounds like fun, but a site like Bucky is probably the best place for bingo: our dazzling array of entertaining and high-paying games would lift the spirits of even the moodiest DJ. Not to mention our promotions, free bingo, fun prizes and competitions on offer, all adding up to a stress-free experience and lots of giveaways.
