Cole collapses, misses X Factor filming
Cheryl Cole has missed filming The X Factor after collapsing during a photo shoot. The Girls Aloud singer and renowned fan of bingo games reportedly felt run down prior to fainting.
According to The Sun, a source remarked that Cole turned up to the shoot looking pale and gaunt. The informant added that the star has been rushed off her feet trying to keep busy after her separation from footballer husband Ashley earlier this year. They said:
"She should never have gone to the studio. She insisted she was fine even though she clearly wasn't. Her skin was pale and her lips had no colour. She's run down and tired."
Cowell's comments
The collapse came just a day after X Factor colleague Simon Cowell made untimely comments towards Cole after she came in looking ill, something the music mogul put down to a hangover.
Speaking to the crowd in Cardiff, Cowell implied that Cole was feeling the worse for wear after overdoing it the night before. He even joked that people should be gentle around her, adding that she wouldn't be able to handle too much noise.
Cole's schedule has been jam-packed this year, with reports suggesting she is ready to quit the UK in favour of trying to make a career in the US.
Furthermore, Cole has been promoting her debut album, recording her next record and touring with US group The Black Eyed Peas.
