US calls for big bingo fan Cheryl
Bingo fans who love nothing better than staying in with The X-Factor on a Saturday night could soon find themselves doing so without Cheryl Cole.
That's because the Girls Aloud singer, who enjoyed free bingo games alongside celeb pals at Gary Barlow's recent anniversary celebration, is reportedly weighing up her options in regards to a big-money move to the US.
Cole recently suffered from an illness which turned out be a bout of malaria and is spending time in the US as a way of recuperating with friend Derek Hough. However, it's been reported that Cole has also been using the trip to get her foot in the door with Fox TV executives and American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.
A source told the Daily Mirror that Hough is hoping Cole can land the presenting role on US show Dancing With The Stars, prompting a permanent move Stateside. They said:
"She is meeting with execs at Fox who are keen to see what all the fuss is about, while Derek has also lined her up for casual talks with the Dancing With The Stars crew."
Coles apart
The news of Cheryl's impending departure comes after fresh reports linking estranged husband Ashley with a move to Spanish football giants Real Madrid.
The defender, currently at Chelsea, is rumoured to be close to a move abroad and a reunion with former manager Jose Mourinho.
