Bingo fan Barlow hints at Take That-Robbie reunion
Take That star and big bingo fan Gary Barlow has confessed that a reunion between the band and former member Robbie Williams is an inevitability.
Williams left the boy band in 1995 amid speculation that a rift had developed between Barlow and himself. Take That went on as a four-piece but called it quits in 1996 before reforming in 2006.
Rumours have circulated that Williams, who has enjoyed solo success during his time away from the band, would reunite with the group at some point, and Barlow has claimed it is certainly on the cards.
"I think it's inevitable one day we'll come back together. We'll see," said the singer.
Future of music
Barlow is a big bingo fan and last year even staged a celebrity game of bingo as part of his tenth wedding anniversary celebrations with his wife. He was speaking at a school in Nantwich, which he was visiting in order to promote a music in schools initiative set up by the Conservative Party.
The singer was joined by the Brine Leas High School youngsters for a rendition of Greatest Day. He said: "I thought I was just going to be on my own playing the piano so it was such a nice surprise to get here and be able to sing with everyone.
"The future of music is in this room today. It's in every classroom and school all over Britain."
We're sure online bingo players all over the UK would love to see a full Take That reunion, and this news may just whet the appetite.
